At Snibben, the nature-oriented and peaceful activities are at the top of the list.

Rafting

Book a raft trip with a view of the High Coast Bridge and a popular beach break at Strandcafét.

Wood-fired sauna

Take the opportunity to relax and try our new wood-fired sauna (2021). The sauna is located with a terrace and a large jetty right on the beach.

Snibbens Strandcafé & Grill

Snibbens Strandcafé & Grill is located right next to the beach and the campsite. The small restaurant with the large terrace on the lake and unbeatable lake views. Open from mid-June to the end of August. During the summer there is a lot going on at the Strandcafé. Check out the website or follow us on instagram and facebook to keep up to date.

Prästberget

Follow the hiking trail from Snibben 1.5 km up to the top of Prästberget and enjoy a unique view of the High Coast, the High Coast Bridge and the large and small Sandö Bridge. There is also a nice barbecue area up here.

Beach

Nice and very child-friendly beach with a nice new playground and horseshoe docks right next to Snibben. Or take a morning swim at the private beach.

Miniature Golf

New mini golf course (2022), outdoor table tennis and boules court on the beautiful headland between the campsite, the beach and Snibbens Strandcafé & Grill.

SUP

Rent SUPs (StandUpPaddleboards), canoes, pedal boats, rowing boats or small motorboats, head out on the vast Mörtsjön and get a unique view of the High Coast Bridge.

Day trips on an electric bike

Experience the magical landscape of the High Coast by bike. Choose between our mountain bikes or comfortable electric bikes.

High Coast Bridge

The Golden Gate Bridge of Sweden. Perhaps the most famous landmark on the High Coast. Take the hiking trail from Snibben 1.5 km up to the top of Prästberget and get a unique view of the High Coast Bridge and the large and small Sandö Bridge.

Playground and playroom

Play park and playroom with crafts, books and games for the little ones.

Beach for dogs

Nice little dog beach for all Labradors and other dogs who love to swim.

Judit & Bertil Vintage & Second Hand

We have a great interest in vintage & second hand. At Judit & Bertil you can find everything from branded clothing to vases and smaller furniture. In the 2025 season, we are expanding the store with another log cabin at Gamla Läkarbostaden.

Fishing

Free fishing all along the campsite. Many people like to fish directly from their own pitch. The vast Mörtsjön is 40 m deep and there are plenty of perch and pike. Game fish should also be found.

Friday bar

Fredagsbaren & Walle in Strandcafét. In the 2025 season, our own very popular troubadour Walle plays at Fredagsbaren during the summer.

Midsummer's Day Mingle

Traditional Midsummer Day mingle at Strandcafét. Our troubadour Walle is the guest.

Lockeby Brewery

Lockeby Bryggeri takes over the bar in Strandcafét during the summer. Keep an eye out on social media for more info.

Peter Granåsen and High Coast Whisky

Anne and Peter Granåsen from High Coast Whisky will visit Strandcafét during the summer. Keep an eye out on our social media for more info.

High Coast Surf visits

High Coast Surf visits a few times during the summer with electric surfboards.

Within walking distance

Högsjö hembygdsgård och gamla kyrka

Right across the lake and within walking distance of Snibbens Camping, Stugby & Vandrarhem you will find the idyllic Högsjö old church, local history museum and café, all run by Högsjö Hembygdsförening. The church was built at the end of the 14th century and after having been destroyed since the 18th century, it underwent extensive restoration in the early 20th century. On Midsummer Eve, there is a raft trip across the lake to Högsjö Hembygdsgård's traditional Midsummer celebration.

Arnold's car museum

The Amazing Arnolds Car Museum is so much more than a car museum. A must-see just 3 kilometres walk from Snibben. Over 650 car models in sheet metal. Some of them are real rarities. Also full-scale cars and other motor-themed curiosities, including BMW and VW.

Skimutis show room

Visit world-renowned woodcarver and artist Tomas Skimutis show room in Ramvik. Here you will find imaginative furniture, sculptures and artworks.
